To confirm your booking, a non-refundable token amount is required. The balance payment must be made as per the timeline and policies outlined in your travel proposal. Failure to complete the payment by the specified due date will be considered a cancellation and will be subject to the company's cancellation and refund policies. All prices are subject to change until the token payment is received and the booking is formally confirmed.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation by You: All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Cancellation policies vary depending on the third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, etc.) involved in your itinerary. Applicable cancellation charges will be detailed in your booking confirmation. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
• Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel your travel arrangements in unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, we will offer you alternative arrangements of a comparable standard or a full refund of all monies paid.

5. Intellectual Property
